Stir Well Before Use.
Ma Po Tofu: Stir-fry 120g minced beef for 1/2min, set aside on a dish. Stir-fry 1 tbsp Minced Garlic, 2 & 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Bean Sauce, 350g diced tofu and 3 tbsp water. Add back in minced beef and cook through.
