1. Heat a little oil in a pan on medium heat. Stir fry 350g stripped pork scotch/loin until brown.
2. Add 1 sliced brown onion, 150g finely sliced cabbage, 1 thinly sliced red capsicum, 2 sliced spring onion, 75g thinly sliced fresh shitake mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes or until soft.
3. Combine 450g cooked strained Hokkien noodles to the pan with the Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and mix well. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Garnish with bean sprouts, fried shallots and sliced red chilli.
