LEE KUM KEE READY SAUCE SHANGHAI STIR FRY NOODLES 120G
Ingredients
Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Corn Starch), Sugar, Water, Salt, Colour (150a), Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Water, Salt), Soybean Oil, Modified Corn Starch (1422), Sesame Paste, Dehydrated Garlic, Ginger, Rice Vinegar, Shallots.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Directions
1. Heat a little oil in a pan on medium heat. Stir fry 350g stripped pork scotch/loin until brown.
2. Add 1 sliced brown onion, 150g finely sliced cabbage, 1 thinly sliced red capsicum, 2 sliced spring onion, 75g thinly sliced fresh shitake mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes or until soft.
3. Combine 450g cooked strained Hokkien noodles to the pan with the Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and mix well. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Garnish with bean sprouts, fried shallots and sliced red chilli.
