1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, Add 300g sliced onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
2. Add 500g sliced lamb fillet and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until cooked.
3. Add 1 each of red and green capsicum (sliced), 50g red chilli (sliced), 50g spring onion (optional) and 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce, stir-fry for 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Serve with noodles or rice.
