Ingredients
Oyster Sauce {Water, Sugar, Salt, Oyster Extract (Oysters (Mollusc), Water, Salt), Modified Corn Starch (1442), Colour (150a)}, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Corn Starch), Water, Honey, Flavouring, Tomato Paste, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Soybean Oil, Modified Corn Starch (1422), Colour (150a), Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Water, Salt), Shallots, Spices, Chilli Pepper Powder, Black Pepper Powder.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Directions
Preparation: 12 minutes; Cooking: 6 minutes
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, Add 300g sliced onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
2. Add 500g sliced lamb fillet and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until cooked.
3. Add 1 each of red and green capsicum (sliced), 50g red chilli (sliced), 50g spring onion (optional) and 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce, stir-fry for 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Serve with noodles or rice.
