Directions
1. Heat oil in a pan & stir-fry chicken (500g chicken breast or thigh, diced) until golden & cooked through.2. Reduce to a low heat, add 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and stir through until heated. Serve with freshly steamed rice.Alternative Cooking Method: Add onion, ginger and garlic once chicken is almost cooked in step 1.
