1. Heat oil in a pan & stir-fry chicken (1 chicken portion cut into pieces) until golden & cooked through.
2. Add 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce. Pour 80mL of water, cover with lid and simmer for 2 minutes. Add coriander and serve.
Alternative Cooking Method: Add onion, ginger and garlic once chicken is almost cooked in step 1.
