Sugar, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Water, Salted Chilli Peppers (8%) (Chilli Peppers, Salt), Flavour Enhancers (621, 631, 627), Oyster Sauce (Water, Sugar, Salt, Oyster Extract {Oysters (Mollusc), Water, Salt}, Modified Corn Starch (1442), Colour (150a)), Peanut Paste, Sesame Paste, Rice Wine (Water, Rice, Wheat), Fermented Broad Bean Paste (Broad Beans, Water, Salt, Wheat Flour), Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour), Spices, Colours (150a, 160c, 129), Chilli Pepper Powder (1.5%), Ginger, Dehydrated Garlic, Salt, Soybean Oil, Modified Corn Starch (1422), Stabilizer (415) (Soybeans, Wheat)

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Directions
1. Heat oil in a pan & stir-fry chicken (1 chicken portion cut into pieces) until golden & cooked through.
2. Add 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce. Pour 80mL of water, cover with lid and simmer for 2 minutes. Add coriander and serve.
Alternative Cooking Method: Add onion, ginger and garlic once chicken is almost cooked in step 1.
