Ready Sauce Black Pepper Beef from Lee Kum Kee comes in a 120g pack, with black pepper powder (4%), tomato paste, soy sauce, yeast extract and dehydrated garlic. Soy is declared. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Ingredients
Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Corn Starch), Salt, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Water, Salt), Tomato Paste, Black Pepper Powder (4%), Modified Corn Starch (1422), Dehydrated Garlic, Colour (150a), Soybean Oil, Acidity Regulator (330).

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Directions
1. Heat the oil and stir-fry 500g rump steak (cut into thin slices), for 2 minutes.
2. Add 125g sliced celery, 125g sliced carrot and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve with rice or noodles.
