1. Heat the oil and stir-fry 500g rump steak (cut into thin slices), for 2 minutes.
2. Add 125g sliced celery, 125g sliced carrot and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve with rice or noodles.
