1. Place 150g small broccoli florets, 70g sliced small carrot in a pot with 4 tbsp boiling water. Boil on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Drain.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok and stir-fry 500g skinless chicken breast or thigh fillet (cut into 1cm strips) for 4 minutes or until cooked.
3. Add vegetables and 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce to the wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Serve with rice or noodles.
