Ingredients
Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Corn Starch), Oyster Sauce {Water, Sugar, Salt, Oyster Extract (Oysters (Mollusc), Water, Salt), Modified Corn Starch (1442), Colour (150a)}, Ginger, Modified Corn Starch (1422), Salt, Rice Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Flavouring (Contains Flavour Enhancers (631, 627)), Spices.

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Directions
1. Place 150g small broccoli florets, 70g sliced small carrot in a pot with 4 tbsp boiling water. Boil on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Drain.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok and stir-fry 500g skinless chicken breast or thigh fillet (cut into 1cm strips) for 4 minutes or until cooked.
3. Add vegetables and 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce to the wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Serve with rice or noodles.
Also good with: Beef / Lamb / Pork
Alternative: Onion, celery or cashew nuts can be added during step 3.
