Ready Sauce San Choy Bao is a 100g sauce with fermented soybean paste, rice vinegar, sesame paste, garlic, sugar and salted chilli peppers. Contains sesame and soy. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
Ingredients
Sugar, Water, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Corn Starch), Salt, Colours (150a, 129), Modified Corn Starch (1422), Rice Vinegar, Sweet Potato Powder, Sesame Paste, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Salted Chilli Peppers (Chilli Peppers, Salt).

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Directions
1. Place 8 lettuce leaves trimmed to form cups on serving plates.
2. Heat oil in a wok or pan and stir-fry 1 clove minced garlic and 1 tbsp chopped onion for 1 minute.
3. Add 300g minced lean pork, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground black pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 2 tbsp water and cover for 1 minute.4. Add 80g diced carrot and 50g diced water chestnuts and stir-fry briefly.5. Stir in 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Spoon in lettuce cups and garnish with 1 tbsp diced spring onion.
