Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce is a 240g sauce made from sugar, fermented soybean paste, rice vinegar, sesame paste, dehydrated garlic and salted chilli peppers. It contains sesame and soy. Refrigerate after opening.

Sugar, Water, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Corn Starch), Salt, Colours (150a, 129), Modified Corn Starch (1422), Rice Vinegar, Sweet Potato Powder, Sesame Paste, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Salted Chilli Peppers (Chilli Peppers, Salt).

Directions
Stir-Fried Chicken with Hoisin Sauce: (Serves 2-4)
1. Stir-fry 250g cubed chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done.
2. Add 50g diced red capsicum, 50g diced green capsicum, 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and heat through. 1 tablespoon = 20g
