Directions

Stir-Fried Chicken with Hoisin Sauce: (Serves 2-4)
1. Stir-fry 250g cubed chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done.
2. Add 50g diced red capsicum, 50g diced green capsicum, 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and heat through. 1 tablespoon = 20g
