Obento Poke Sauce Original is a 170g sauce built on water, glucose syrup, mirin seasoning, sake, soy sauce and citrus juice (1%). Kelp extract, thickener 415 and colour 150a are also included. Contains gluten, soy and wheat. The label states 2.5mL of alcohol in each 100 g. Keep refrigerated after opening.
