Japanese Crispy Port Cutlet (Tonkatsu) (serves 4):
1. Combine 1 beaten egg and 50mL milk in a bowl.
2. Coat 480g pork loin in order of 50g flour, egg and milk mixture and 150g Obento Panko Breadcrumbs.
3. Deep fry crumbed pork in 180 degree Celsius hot oil until golden and pork is fully cooked. Place on kitchen paper or resting rack to absorb excess oil.
4. Cut the pork cutlet into 1cm strips. Serve on a bed of 8 leaves cabbage with a side of Obento Tonkatsu Sauce in a small dish for dipping.
