Obento

Directions

Miso Ramen (serves 1-2):
1. Rinse 1 pack of Obento Ramen Noodles with cold water, drain and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tsp oil in wok. Add 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp minced ginger, 100g minced pork and saute until done.
3. Add 1 cup sliced cabbage, 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots and saute for 2 minutes.
4. Pour in 2 cups salt reduced chicken stock and 1 tsp sugar.
5. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat, then add 1 tbsp miso paste.
6. Add noodles and cook for a further 1 minute. Serve hot.
