Obento Ramen Noodles are 150g of wheat flour noodles made with wheat protein, egg white and soybean oil, with soy lecithin as an emulsifier. They contain egg, gluten, soy and wheat.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour (74%), Water, Wheat Protein, Egg White, Soybean Oil, Emulsifier (Lecithin from soy), Acidity regulator (Glucono delta-L.actone), Salt, Colour (Carotene), Salt Water.

Directions
Miso Ramen (serves 1-2):
1. Rinse 1 pack of Obento Ramen Noodles with cold water, drain and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tsp oil in wok. Add 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp minced ginger, 100g minced pork and saute until done.
3. Add 1 cup sliced cabbage, 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots and saute for 2 minutes.
4. Pour in 2 cups salt reduced chicken stock and 1 tsp sugar.
5. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat, then add 1 tbsp miso paste.
6. Add noodles and cook for a further 1 minute. Serve hot.
