Directions
Sushi Rice (Serves 1-2):
1. Sprinkle 3 tbsp of Obento Sushi Seasoning to 1 cup of Obento sushi rice in a large shallow dish.
2. Using a wooden spatula, fold the sushi seasoning into the rice.
3. Let the rice cool to room temperature before using to make sushi.
