Obento Japanese Fried Chicken Karage comes in a 100g pack of coating mix. The pack describes coating 500g of cubed chicken with 50g of the mix, then either deep frying at 160C-170C for 3-4 minutes or air frying at 200C for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway. Contains egg, fish, gluten, soy and wheat. Store in an airtight container once opened.

Starches (Tapioca, Corn), Wheat Flour, Salt, Soy Powder (contains Isolated Soy Protein, Hydrolysed Soy Protein), Flavour Enhancers (621, 631, 627), Spices (Onion, Pepper, Chilli), Flavours, Bonito Fish Powder, Egg Powder, Yeast Extract.

Storage instructions
Once opened, store in an airtight container.
Directions
(a) Deep Fry:
1. Coat 500g cubed chicken with 50g Obento Chicken Karaage coating mix. Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
2. Deep fry in hot oil (160C-170C) for 3-4 minutes or until cooked.
(b) Air Fry:
1. Coat 500g cubed chicken with 50g Obento Chicken Karaage coating mix.
2. Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
3. Place chicken in air fryer and spray oil liberally.
4. Set air-fryer to 200C for 10-12 minutes.
5. Flip chicken halfway through.
