Roasted Barbeque Pork (Char Siu):
1. Cut 450g pork tenderloin into 2 strips.
2. Marinate with 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce for 4 hours or more.
3. Bake at 180 degreeC preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn and bake for another 15 minutes.
4. Brush with honey and bake for 2 more minutes. (Serves 2-4)
