Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce is a 240g jar with sugar, water, salt, fermented soybean paste and honey. The directions marinate 450g pork tenderloin with 3 tbsp for 4 hours or more, then bake at 180 degrees C (serves 2-4). Contains: Soy. Refrigerate after opening.

Sugar, Water, Salt, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Corn Starch), Honey, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Corn Starch), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Modified Corn Starch (1422), Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Colours (150a, 129), Acidity Regulator (260).

Directions
Roasted Barbeque Pork (Char Siu):
1. Cut 450g pork tenderloin into 2 strips.
2. Marinate with 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce for 4 hours or more.
3. Bake at 180 degreeC preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn and bake for another 15 minutes.
4. Brush with honey and bake for 2 more minutes. (Serves 2-4)
