Dried chilli, garlic, sugar, fully refined soybean oil, shallot, salt, tamarind juice, lemongrass, turmeric, spices, galangal, curry powder (spices, mustard, turmeric, wheat flour, salt), kaffir lime, acidity regulator (330).

Directions
Cooking Directions: (Serves 3-4)
1. Boil 250 ml of coconut milk in a pot, then add can ofMaesri's Khao Soi Curry Paste and stir until boil.
2. Add 400g of chicken, bring to a boil.
3. Slowly add 350 ml of coconut milk and simmer until the chicken is cooked though and tender.
4. Pour the curry on cooked Khao soi noodles and top withcrispy fried Khao soi noodles. Garnish with side dishes and coriander.
Enjoy with Side Dishes: Sliced shallots, pickled vegetables, lime wedges, and fried dried red chili.
