Maesri Karee Curry Paste comes in a 225g jar made with dried chilli, shallot, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, fresh turmeric and a curry powder that includes wheat flour. Refined soybean oil is also listed. It contains wheat. Check the pack for allergens. Store in a cool, dry place and keep refrigerated once opened.

Dried chilli, shallot, fully refined soybean oil, garlic, sugar, salt, fresh turmeric, lemongrass, spices, galangal, curry powder (spices, mustard, turmeric, wheat flour, salt), kaffir lime, acidity regulator (330).

Directions
Directions:
1. Boil 200 ml of coconut milk in a pot, add half a jar (113 g) of Maesri Karee curry paste, and stir until boil.
2.Add 600 g of sliced chicken or preferred meat and 200 g of potatoes(cut into pieces about 4 x 4 cm).
3. Slowly add 300 ml of coconut milk. Bring to a boil,
4. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
Ready to serve.
