Cooking Directions: (Serves 6)
1. Stir fry half a jar (113 g) of Maesri Panang curry paste with200 ml of coconut milk until fragrance.
2. Add 600 g of chicken or preferred meat and stir until the meat is cooked. Add 200 ml of coconut milk and stir fry until boil. Seasoning with sugar and fish sauce as preferred.
3. Garnish with julienned kaffir lime leaves and sliced fresh chilli.
