Description
Maesri Panang Curry Paste comes in a 225g pack and is built on dried chilli, garlic, shallot, lemongrass, kaffir lime and galangal, with fully refined soybean oil and acidity regulator 330. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated. Check the pack for allergens.

Directions
Cooking Directions: (Serves 6)
1. Stir fry half a jar (113 g) of Maesri Panang curry paste with200 ml of coconut milk until fragrance.
2. Add 600 g of chicken or preferred meat and stir until the meat is cooked. Add 200 ml of coconut milk and stir fry until boil. Seasoning with sugar and fish sauce as preferred.
3. Garnish with julienned kaffir lime leaves and sliced fresh chilli.
