Directions:1. Stir-fry 1 can of Panang Curry Paste with 4 tablespoons of oil.2. Slowly add 200ml of coconut milk and stir continuously until it boils. Then add 600g of chicken and mix thoroughly.3. Gradually add another 200ml of coconut milk, stirring until the chicken is fully cooked.4. Garnish with fresh chillies and minced kaffir lime leaves. Ready to serve. (Serves 5–6)
