Panang curry paste from Maesri comes in a 114g pack, blending chilli, garlic, shallot, lemongrass, kaffir lime and galangal with sugar, salt and spices. Keep unopened in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and use within 4 weeks.

Directions
Directions:1. Stir-fry 1 can of Panang Curry Paste with 4 tablespoons of oil.2. Slowly add 200ml of coconut milk and stir continuously until it boils. Then add 600g of chicken and mix thoroughly.3. Gradually add another 200ml of coconut milk, stirring until the chicken is fully cooked.4. Garnish with fresh chillies and minced kaffir lime leaves. Ready to serve. (Serves 5–6)
