Directions
Directions:1. Stir-fry 1 can of Green Curry Paste with 200ml of coconut milk until it comes to a boil.2. Add 500g of chicken and the remaining 500ml of coconut milk. Stir until the chicken is fully cooked.3. Add 250g of eggplants and continue stirring until tender.4. Garnish with sweet basil leaves and sliced fresh chilli. Serves 6–7.
