Directions
Ready in 4 easy cooking steps:
1. Pre-heat fan-forced oven to 190°C (200°C conventional)
2. Remove duck legs from pouch and place skin side up on a lined baking tray
3. Heat in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the skin is crisp
4. Remove from the oven and rest for 2-3 minutes
