Directions
"Oven: Preheat the oven to 190C fan forced (200C conventional). Remove duck from packaging and place onto a lightly oiled baking tray. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes. * Remove from the oven, and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Air fryer: Cook duck in Air fryer for 12-15 minutes* at 200C.
Microwave: Using a fork, pierce holes in the duck packet and microwave for 3-3.5 mins.
