Keep refrigerated between 0-4°C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours
Directions
Ready in 5 easy cooking steps:
1. Pre-heat fan-forced oven to 190°C (200°C conventional)
2. Remove duck from pouch and place skin side up on a lined baking tray
3. Heat in oven for 15-20 minutes
4. Remove from the oven and rest for 2-3 minutes
5. Thinly slice duck
