Valcom Tom Yum Paste comes in a 210g pack. Sugar, salt, sunflower oil, water, lemongrass, dried chilli, garlic, shallot and lime juice are blended with modified tapioca starch (1442), acidity regulator (330) and shrimp paste. Contains crustacean. Keep refrigerated after opening.

Directions
Thai Tom Yum Goong (Prawns) (Serves 3):
1. Bring 2+3/4 cups (675ml) of water to the boil and stir in 1/2 jar of Valcom Tom Yum Paste.
2. Add 80g quartered mushrooms and return to the boil until cooked.
3. Add 250g peeled and deveined green prawns, marinara seafood mix or sliced chicken fillet and 1/2 cup (100ml) of coconut milk. Bring to the boil and simmer until cooked.
4. Stir in 2 tbsp Valcom Kaffir Lime Leaves.
5. Garnish with sliced red chilli and coriander (optional). Remove from heat and serve.
