Pad Thai Noodles with Prawns (Serves 2):
1. Prepare 100g Pad Thai rice noodles as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry 100g peeled and deveined prawns until cooked. Add ½ jar Valcom Pad Thai Stir-fry Paste and mix well.
3. Rinse rice noodles, add to the pan and stir through until cooked. Add 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar and ¼ tsp chilli powder (optional).
4. Push the mixture to one side of pan. Add 1 tbsp oil and one beaten egg. Cook for 1-2 minutes then stir through noodles until well combined.
5. Add 2 cups beansprouts, ½ cup sliced spring onions, 1 tsp lime juice and ¼ cup ground roasted peanuts (optional). Stir through, then remove from heat.
