Directions
Directions:1. Stir-fry 1 can of Maesri Massaman Curry Paste with 300ml of coconut milk over medium heat for about 5 minutes.2. Add 400g of chicken or beef and 200ml of coconut milk. Stir until it comes to a boil.3. Add 200g of potatoes and 100g of chopped onion. Continue cooking until the meat is tender.4. If desired, add 2 tablespoons of roasted peanuts. Serves 5–6.
