Barilla fusilli pasta comes in a 500g pack and is made from durum wheat semolina. It contains gluten and wheat, and may contain traces of soy. Boil it in water with about 7g of salt for each litre, stirring now and then for 11 minutes, then drain well. Store in a cool, dry place.

Directions
1. Bring water to a fast boil and add salt. We recommend 7g of salt per litre of water. 2. Once boiling, add the pasta to the water and cook for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain well and serve with your favourite Barilla pasta sauce.
