This 500g Barilla casarecce is made from durum wheat semolina. Contains gluten and wheat. May contain traces of soy. To cook, use 7g of salt for every litre of boiling water and cook for 9 minutes, stirring now and then. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.

Directions
1. Bring water to a fast boil and add salt. We recommend 7g of salt per litre of water. 2. Once boiling, add the pasta to the water and cook for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain well and serve with your favourite Barilla pasta sauce.
