Ready in 5 easy cooking steps:
- Pre-heat fan-forced oven to 190°C (200°C conventional)
- Pat the duck dry with a paper towel. Season with salt to create a crispy skin (for extra crispy skin; leave the duck uncovered in the fridge for up to two days before cooking).
- Place the duck breast side up on a rack in a roasting tray
- Roast for 40 minutes per kg, until the skin is crispy and golden
- Rest for 20 minutes before portioning.

Keep Refrigerated. Store between 0 - 4°C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. On opening there may be a slight odour. Allow the pack to rest for 2 minutes so that any potential odour disappear.
