Ottogi Gochujang Hot Pepper Paste comes in a 170g pack, made with corn syrup, water, wheat powder, salt, hot pepper powder at 6%, garlic, onion and koji. Contains gluten and wheat. Store in a cool, dry place and refrigerate after opening.

Corn Syrup, Water, Wheat Powder, Peeled Wheat, Salt, Hot Pepper Powder (6%), Alcohol, Garlic, Flavour Enhancer (620), Acidity Regulator (327), Onion, Sweetener (960), Koji

Directions
Stir-Fried Chicken (serves 2):
1. Combine 4 tbsp Ottogi Hot Pepper Paste, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium heat.
3. Add 300 g sliced chicken thigh fillets, stir fry for 2 minutes or until nearly cooked.
4. Pour the prepared sauce to coat the meat and stir fry until cooked. Serve hot with rice.
