Nando's medium peri peri rub seasoning comes in a 25g pack, made from sugar, salt, paprika, tomato powder, dried onion, dried garlic at 4.5%, black pepper, parsley, rapeseed oil, coriander, oregano, African bird's eye chilli, cayenne, cumin and nutmeg. Rub onto chicken, meat or fish before cooking. Store in a cool, dry place. No allergens are declared.
