Nando's Perinaise Garlic Peri Peri Mayo is a 265g mayo-style sauce. Sunflower oil (27%), garlic puree (3%), egg yolk (2.5%), apple cider vinegar and spices (0.5%) make up most of the contents. Contains egg. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate below 4°C and use within 3 weeks.

Water, Sunflower Seed Oil (27%), Sugar, Vinegar, Modified Starch (Hydroxypropyl Di-starch Phosphate), Garlic Puree (3%), Egg Yolk (2.5%), Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Spices (0.5%)(Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, African Bird's Eye Chilli, White Pepper, Black Pepper), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Propylene Glycol Alginate), Onion Puree, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Lemon Puree, Garlic Flavour, Green Chilli, Antioxidant (Calcium Disodium EDTA, Ascorbic Acid, Rosemary Extract).
