Nando's Perinaise Hot Peri-peri Mayonnaise Sauce is a 265g sauce in which sunflower oil (19%) and free range egg yolks (2.5%) sit alongside vinegar, sugar and lemon puree. Chilli spices include bird's eye chilli, along with mustard flour. Contains egg. Check the pack for allergens. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep below 4°C and finish within three months.

Water, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Seed) (19%), Vinegar, Sugar, Thickener (Modified Corn Starch), Salt, Free Range Egg Yolks (2.5%), Spices (2.3%) (Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, African Bird's Eye Chilli, Mustard Flour, Pepper (Black, White)), Lemon Puree, Onion Puree, Green Chillies (0.03%), Garlic Puree, Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Propylene Glycol Alginate), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid, Rosemary Extract, Calcium Disodium EDTA).
