Helga's Wholemeal Wraps come as 8 wraps in a 508g pack, made from wholemeal wheat flour at 49% with added wheat flour, vegetable fat, wheat gluten and soy flour. It contains gluten, soy and wheat. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the pack and consume within 3 days.

Wholemeal wheat flour (49%), water, wheat flour, vegetable fat, fermented wheat flour, humectant (422), vegetable emulsifiers (481, 471), raising agents (500, 450, 341), stabiliser (412), wheat gluten, acidity regulator (297), iodised salt, soy flour, vitamins (thiamin, folic acid).
