Wholemeal wheat flour (60%) is combined with water, rye meal (3%), yeast, wheat bran, vinegar, wheat gluten, salt, canola oil, soy flour, emulsifiers and vitamins. Contains wheat, gluten, rye and soy. May contain traces of sesame. Nine servings per pack, each 83g (2 slices). Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
