Double Phoenix Red Prawn Crackers come in a 200g pack of tapioca starch with prawn meat (4%), salt, sugar, flavour enhancer (E621) and colours (E102, E124). It contains crustacean. Once opened, store in an airtight container. To cook, heat oil to around 190 degrees and fry 3 to 5 crackers at a time for about 10 seconds, until they expand.

Directions
Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer to around 190 degreeC. Prawn crackers burn easily, keep heat constant throughout. 2. Add prawn crackers 3-5 at a time. Deep fry for 10 seconds or until the cracker expands. 3. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
