Description
A 100g pack of Double Phoenix Vermicelli Bean Noodles, made from pea starch (55%), corn starch and mung bean starch (20%). No allergens are declared. Store the noodles in a cool and dry place.

Directions
(1) To Prepare: Cover vermicelli in cold water and soak. Leave at room temperature for 15 minutes or until vermicelli is transparent. Drain and cut into shorter manageable lengths. The vermicelli is now ready to be added to your favourite soup or stir-fry.
(2) Fried Vermicelli: Break vermicelli and deep fry in very hot oil. When vermicelli rises to the surface remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towel. Serve under stir-fry or vegetable and meat dishes.
