Keep Frozen at -18 degree Celsius
Boiling: Put dumplings into boiling water, cook covered for 5 minutes, stir occasionally. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and boil again for 3 minutes or until cooked. Drain away water.
Steaming: Lightly brush the steamer rack with oil or place baking paper or lettuce on the rack. Place dumplings on the rack into food steamer and cook for 15 minutes.
Pan Frying/Steaming: Heat flat non-stick pan with 2 tbsp vegetable oil on medium heat. Put dumplings with the flat side down and cook for 3 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover the lid to further cook for 4 minutes. Remove the lid and cook until the water has dried up and bottom of dumplings are golden brown.
Microwave: Place dumplings into a microwave safe dish. Add enough water to cover the dumplings and cook on HIGH for 7-8 minutes. Drain away water. Cooking time may vary slightly according to power (wattage) of microwave oven and quantity to be cooked.
