Storage Instructions

Directions
Steaming
1. Place steaming tray or bamboo steamer over boiling water.
2. Steam frozen Dim Sims for approximately 10 minutes or until hot. Serve.
Microwaving
1. Place frozen Dim Sims in a microwave-safe container.
2. Sprinkle water generously onto Dim Sims and cover with lid.
3. Microwave on HIGH for approximately 5 minutes. Drain and serve.

Deep-Frying
1. Heat Dim Sims as per steam or microwave instructions above.
2. At 160-190C deep fry Dim Sims until golden brown or as desired. Drain and serve.
