Directions
Steaming
1. Place steaming tray or bamboo steamer over boiling water.
2. Steam frozen Siu Mai for approximately 7 minutes or until hot. Serve.
Microwaving
1. Place frozen Siu Mai in a microwave-safe container.
2. Sprinkle water generously onto Siu Mai and cover with lid.
3. Microwave on HIGH for approximately 3 minutes. Drain and serve.
Note: Heating times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.
Deep-Frying
1. Heat Siu Mai as per steam or microwave instructions above.
2. At 160-190C, deep fry Siu Mai until golden brown or as desired. Drain and serve.
