Description
Rana Parmigiano Reggiano Tortellini comes in a 325g pack of fresh pasta filled with ricotta cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese (10%), breadcrumbs, whey and cream. The pasta is made from soft wheat flour and egg (30%). It contains egg, milk and wheat. Keep refrigerated at 0-5C and do not freeze. Once opened, eat within 3 days. Cook for 2 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain.

Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C. Not suitable for freezing. Once opened, store it in the fridge and consume within 3 days. Product packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Directions
Gently boil lots of water in a big pot. Add a pinch of salt and carefully add your pasta. Cook for 2 minutes, no longer, then drain with care. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil - or a little melted butter - and a sprinkle of grated cheese. Buon Appetite!
