Pasta Roma Gluten Free Spirals are a 350g pack of spirals made from rice flour, corn flour, corn starch, potato starch and yellow pea flour. The pack holds 4 serves of 87.5 g, with 1.2 g of dietary fibre and 5.0 g of protein in each. Cook for 9-11 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain. No allergens are declared.

SERVES 4 1. For Each 350g of Pasta, bring 5 litres of water to the boil (salted to taste.) 2. Add Pasta and return to boil. Stir gently and continue to boil for 9-11 minutes to desired texture. 3. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.
