It contains milk, sulphites and wheat, and may contain crustacean, egg, lupin, peanut, sesame and soy. Empty one sachet into a 250mL mug, add boiling water and stir for 15 to 20 seconds.

Directions
DIRECTIONS: 1. Empty contents of one sachet into a 250mL mug. 2. Fill with boiling water and stir for 15-20 seconds. Stand for 1 minute and stir again before consuming. Important...For best consistency, use boiling water (100°C) and only stir once all the water has been added.
