Store in a cool, dry place. Ensure that any leftover prepared mashed potato is refrigerated immediately and used within 3 days.
Directions
Directions Pour boiling water into bowl and stir in Deb Instant Mash Potato (see quantities below). Allow to stand for 30 seconds; stir again. Serves 1, 1/2 cup Deb, 2/3 cup (170mL) boiling water, Approx. amount mashed potato 190g Serves 2, 1 cup Deb, 1 1/4 cups (310mL) boiling water, Approx. amount mashed potato 380g Serves 4, 2 cups Deb, 2 1/2 cups (625mL) boiling water, Approx. amount mashed potato 740g Serves 8, whole packet Deb, 6 cups (1.5L) boiling water, Approx. amount mashed potato 1.5kg Whole pack makes 25 x 60g serves. Can be held covered in warm (minimum 65°C) bain marie for up to 4 hours. For firmer mashed potato, use less water. For softer mashed potato, use more water. For creamier mashed potato, substitute hot milk to up to half of the water, and add 1-2 tablespoons margarine or butter. Freshly ground pepper may also be added if desired. Ensure that any leftover prepared mashed potato is refrigerated immediately and used within 3 days.
