You Will Need

• 750 g chicken breast fillets (skinless)
• 2 tbsp (40 mL) olive oil, divided
• ½ small onion, finely diced
• 300 mL light thickened cream
• ½ cup (125 mL) water
• 1 x 40 g sachet McCormick Marry Me Chicken Recipe Base
• ? cup (40 g) parmesan cheese, freshly grated
• Cooked pasta of choice

What to Do

1. Slice chicken into even strips.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Brown chicken until cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
3. Add remaining oil to the pan and cook onion until softened.
4. Stir in cream, water, recipe base and parmesan. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens and reduces.
5. Return chicken to the pan and heat through. Serve over cooked pasta and enjoy.
