How to Use

Rub 2 tbsp of seasoning per 500 g meat. Let rest 10 minutes before grilling or roasting until golden. Toss wings in the rub and glaze with honey for an extra sticky finish. Use as a dry marinade for prawns, chicken, or vegetables before grilling.

Recipe Suggestion: Honey Sriracha Prawn Skewers

You’ll need: 600 g green prawns, peeled and deveined (tails on) 1 × 40 g McCormick Grill Mates Honey Sriracha Dry Marinade 2 cups fresh pineapple pieces (2.5 cm) 2 green capsicums or 16 shishito peppers 8 × 25 cm water-soaked bamboo skewers

To make: PLACE prawns in a resealable bag. Add marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate 15 minutes. THREAD marinated prawns, capsicum, and pineapple alternately onto skewers. GRILL over medium heat 2–3 minutes per side until prawns turn pink and slightly charred.
