Description
Ready Sauce Lemon Chicken from Lee Kum Kee is a 145g bottle of sauce made with sweetened lemon juice (12%), sugar, salted plums, rice vinegar and turmeric. No allergens are declared. Store it in a cool dry place. Once opened, consume it immediately.
Ingredients
Water, Sugar, Sweetened Lemon Juice (12%) (Sugar, Lemon Juice, Water), Dried Glucose Syrup, Salted Plums (Plums, Salt), Modified Corn Starch (1442), Rice Vinegar (Water, Sugar Syrup, Rice Flour), Salt, Acidity Regulators (330, 331), Flavouring, Turmeric.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Directions
1. Coat 450g chicken breast or thigh fillet (diced) with 1 egg beaten and dust with cornflour. 2. Remove excess flour, heat 1/2 cup oil in pan and cook chicken in batches for 4 minutes until golden and cooked. Drain well. 3. Leave 1 tbsp oil in pan and heat. Add 160g diced capsicum (red & green) and saute for 1 minute. Add chicken pieces and 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce, stir well until heated through. Serve with rice or noodles. Also good with Pork / Prawns / Fish, as dipping sauce for nuggets & chips
