Burgen Bread Wholemeal & Seeds is a 700g loaf made with water, wholemeal wheat flour (28%), mixed whole grains (10%), mixed seeds (6%), wheat gluten, kibbled soy and canola oil. It contains gluten, soy and wheat and may contain sesame. Store in a cool, dry place. It can be frozen at or below -15C for up to 4 months, then eaten straight away once thawed.
