Cooking Instructions For best results cook from frozen. This frozen product is uncooked.As appliances vary, cooking instructions are a guideline only. Place Fish Bites on an oven tray and cook for approx. 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Oven bake Preheat oven to 220°C. Air fryer Set air fryer to 180° C and cook frozen bites for approx. 12 minutes or until fully cooked.
