Description
Inghams sweet chilli chicken tenders come in a 400 g frozen pack, with chicken at 40%. They contain gluten, soy and wheat, and egg and milk may be present. The pack describes the product as raw and says it must be fully cooked. Oven guide: 200°C for about 20 minutes, turning once. Keep frozen at or below -18C.

Directions
This is a raw product. Must be fully cooked prior to consumption. Do not thaw before cooking. If product becomes thawed use within 48hrs of thawing. Please ensure chicken is fully cooked before eating.
Remove contents from pack. Cook from frozen. FOR BEST RESULTS – OVEN BAKE. The following is a guide only. Appliance temperatures vary. You may need to adjust cooking times accordingly. Not suitable for microwave cooking
Conventional Oven - Preheat oven to 200°C. Place Chicken Tenders on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning once.
Fan Forced Oven - Preheat oven to 200°C. Place Chicken Tenders on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for approximately 18 - 20 minutes, turning once.
